Helen Storrow Seminar 2017

Are you between 18 and 25? Are you passionate about environmental issues?

The why not apply take part in the next Helen Storrow Seminar, which will take place in Our Chalet from 20 March to 28 March 2017?

The annual seminar offers Girl Guides from around the world the chance to connect on issues they care about and to take the lead as agents of change in their communities.

Participants will have the opportunity to explore the environmental issues they face in their communities and will come away even more inspired to value and protect the environment. At the same time, they will have the chance to meet and interact with Girl Guides and Girl Scouts from around the world.

Applicants must be passionate about environmental issues, be committed to designing and running an environmental project in the wider community after the seminar and must not have taken part in a WAGGGS seminar previously.

Participants must also be eager to develop new leadership skills and to support their Member Organisation.

The seminar includes some adventurous activities too!
