Unit Helper Agreement Form

Please note that New Leader Packs and New Unit Helper Packs contain all the forms and booklets appropriate to the IGG screening procedure for Leaders. They are available free of charge from Distribution Centres, Regional Development Officers, District and Area Commissioners and the Safeguarding Membership Officer in National Office.

Triplicate forms such as Accident Report Form can be obtained from National Office.
